Europlast Kunststoffbehälterindustrie GmbH, based in Dellach im Drautal (Carinthia, Austria), manufactures plastic products using the injection moulding process. The portfolio comprises industrial and logistics boxes, containers for agriculture and the meat industry, recyclable-material collection containers (2-wheel and 4-wheel containers up to 1,700 litres) as well as contract manufacturing of injection-moulded parts in above-average large dimensions – including in-liners for hydrogen tanks. Only high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is processed, partly with up to 100 % recyclate from the company's own recycling plant for processing recycled material. With injection moulding machines up to 4,500 tonnes clamping force and thin-wall technology, the company combines robust durability with lightweight design for transport and storage. Since 2018, Europlast has been producing CO2-neutrally using exclusively green electricity, supported by photovoltaic systems at all of its sites. In 2023, the company, which belongs to the Italian JCOPLASTIC group, generated turnover of just under 50 million euros.
