EuropTec is an international supplier founded in 2004 through the merger of specialized component manufacturers, headquartered in Oftringen, Switzerland, and a member of the Glas Trösch Group. The company manufactures high-precision components and assemblies in two material areas: technical glass for displays, household appliances and specialty glass for rail vehicles (Rail Glass), as well as technical plastics and metallic materials for parts, components and packaging systems. Its services range from consulting and co-engineering to prototyping (CNC machining, 3D printing), series production, partial and complete assembly, standards-compliant marking (laser marking, screen and pad printing), and custom cases and trays made of high-performance plastics, stainless steel or hybrid designs. For medical technology, components made of glass, plastic and metal are manufactured according to ISO 13485; for the rail industry, the company holds a manufacturer qualification from Deutsche Bahn as well as an adhesive bonding certification under EN 17460. EuropTec employs staff at locations in Switzerland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Taiwan, Mexico and the USA and serves, among others, medical technology, household appliances, rail vehicles, display technology and industrial manufacturing.
