About Fabrica
Fabrica GmbH, based in Kerpen-Sindorf (North Rhine-Westphalia), is a service provider for additive manufacturing, model making and product development. The company produces custom shapes, tools and series of 1 to 10,000 units. Production is carried out using the 3D printing processes SLS, SLA, FDM and 3DP as well as CNC milling technology, the RIM process and vacuum casting; the material range extends from plastics (including elastic ELASTIC, heat-resistant synthetic resin up to 289 °C HDT, transparent and colored resin) to aluminum, steel, block material and carbon through to wood. The offering is complemented by 3D scans with optical GOM digitizers in certified quality, reverse engineering with parametric modeling, 3D visualization as well as post-processing and painting. Customers come from industries such as medicine, urban planning, mechanical engineering, product and production design, art and design, museums and exhibitions, film and television as well as advertising. The team of designers, mechanical engineers and 3D printing specialists supports projects from the idea through design to completion.
