FAS - Flüssiggas-Anlagen GmbH, headquartered in Salzgitter, develops and manufactures components and systems for liquefied and cryogenic gases. The product portfolio includes LPG and LNG vaporizer systems with capacities from 15 kg/h to 14,000 kg/h, propane-air mixing systems, loading arm stations for rail tank cars, dispensers and refuelling systems, metering systems for road tankers and terminals, as well as equipment for road tankers such as aluminium hose reels. In addition, FAS supplies valves, pumps and compressors and, as a certified welding company according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2, realizes turnkey systems including piping installation, assembly and commissioning. Materials are mainly stainless steel, aluminium and steel. The company supplies industries such as LPG, LNG, biogas, petrochemicals, CO2/cryogenics, mineral oil and aviation fuelling. The products are predominantly delivered to Europe, with country focus on Russia, Africa and Asia. Since 2024, FAS has been part of the Danish MAKEEN Energy A/S.

Quality and Certification
FAS operates a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 (DEKRA) and is certified as a welding company according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2. In accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU Module H1 and the AD2000 HP0 agreement, materials and products for pressure equipment are re-stamped and tested; calibrations are carried out at the Salzgitter plant.
