The company was formed from the merger of the Bielefeld textile agency texStyle GmbH and makoteam Georg Ottmann oHG from Herford; both agencies have been active in the fashion industry for many decades. Its range of services includes product consulting on fabric and trim collections for the menswear, womenswear and denim segments. The portfolio comprises fabrics made of cotton and cotton blends, Tencel/lyocell, linen, viscose, polyester, elastane, silk, leather and denim, complemented by sustainable items such as recycled polyester (Repreve/GRS). International partners are represented, including Calik Denim, Copen Europe, Nastrificio Victor, Berning & Söhne, Lanificio Mario Bellucci, Kohinoor Mills, Liberty Fabrics and other manufacturers. Under the leadership of the three managing directors Thomas Buschjost, Heiko Luckow and Martin Ottmann, the team supports customers in developing their collections and is present at international textile trade fairs.
