About Feilen Pieper
Feilen Pieper GmbH & Co. KG from Wagenfeld in Lower Saxony is a system provider for CNC grinding technology, coatings and new tools with around 38 employees. The company was founded in 1971, initially as a file manufacturer, and has evolved into a modern tool grinding shop. Its range of services includes CNC regrinding services for cutting tools such as drills, milling cutters, contour turning tools, industrial knives, grinding and toothed rings as well as saws, the manufacture of new HSS and carbide standard and special tools, PVD hard-material coatings, decoating, cleaning and laser marking. This is complemented by the design of special tools, CNC metrology, tool documentation with drawing management, and a collection and delivery service in northern Germany. On 4,000 m² of production space, 28 CNC machines are in operation, including measuring machines and micro tool grinding technology from Walter. The grinding and toothed rings and their segments form an in-house product line.
