FEMTOprint SA is a Swiss contract manufacturer of precise 3D glass components and microdevices made of glass and other transparent materials. The company machines glass contactlessly with femtosecond lasers in a maskless 3D microfabrication process and complements this with metallization and optical coating as well as hermetic joining and glass encapsulation. Its services include Contract Development from the concept phase through to certified series production, Contract Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Customer industries include Life Sciences, Medtech, Optics, Photonics, Quantum Technology, Semiconductors, Aerospace, AR & VR, Energy, and Watchmaking and Luxury Goods. Manufacturing takes place at the Manufacturing Campus in Agno (1,800 m²) in the canton of Ticino; administration and branch office are located in Muzzano, with a subsidiary base in Neuchâtel. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 13485:2016; customers are supplied worldwide.
