Feusi AG is a Swiss precision mechanics manufacturing company founded in 1956 by Paul Feusi, headquartered in Freienbach with a branch in Buchs. As an outsourcing partner for industrial companies, it handles the production process of complete assemblies – from engineering and material procurement to on-time delivery of ready-to-install parts. The company manufactures single parts and series of highly complex components through CNC milling with up to 5-axis simultaneous machining, CNC turning with integrated milling technology, deep hole drilling, waterjet cutting, welding, grinding and polishing; upon request, also the manufacture and assembly of complete assemblies. Machining covers all metallic and non-metallic materials, with CAM programming carried out directly from the CAD file. The components find buyers in machinery and apparatus engineering, the pharmaceutical and food industries, medical technology, rail vehicles and cable cars, aerospace, solar technology, wind energy and water technology. Around 70 percent of the components are destined for systems operated abroad. Today's owner and managing director Roman Gebert has continuously invested in the machine fleet, including 5-axis machining centers from Hermle, AXA, Reiden and GROB as well as a 5-axis gantry milling machine from FOOKE.
