Precision conceived from the component
FME Feinmechanik AG, headquartered in Buchberg SH, manufactures complex precision parts and assemblies according to drawings for prototypes, pre-series, as well as small and medium series. The range of processes includes Turning (Ø0.2–250 mm, from micro-turning to threading), 5-axis milling, 5-axis wire EDM with 45° taper in the micrometer range and robot-assisted loading, laser sintering from stainless steel and titanium, 3D printing in plastic and resin, as well as fine structures. Additionally, we offer heat treatment, coating, surface finishing, cleaning, laser marking, joining processes, assembly, and inspection including documentation. Processed materials include stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, and engineering plastics. We manufacture for medical technology, optics, chemical, laboratory, and mechanical engineering as well as aerospace. FME is part of the Swiss POLYGENA Group and supplies customers in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
