Form-on GmbH is an internationally active trading company headquartered in Amstetten, Austria, and part of the Doka Group. Founded in 2012 as a used formwork trading business, its portfolio today spans two divisions: Form-on Formwork Components (three-layer panels, plywood, formwork beams and ceiling props for specialist retailers, distributors and formwork manufacturers) and Form-on used formwork & scaffolding as an online marketplace for material from manufacturers such as Doka, Peri, Meva, Hünnebeck, Paschal, Ulma or Layher. In-house production takes place in Amstetten (beam and ceiling prop manufacturing with a fully automated line: welding, punching, thread rolling, labelling, assembly) and in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia (panel production, Doka Drevo). Materials include wood (three-layer panel, plywood, PEFC-certified sawn timber), plastic composite (TALLEAS), steel and aluminium. Since 2022, Form-on has also offered contract manufacturing, including powder coating and KTL (cataphoretic) coating as well as metal and wood processing. Through a branch in Davie, Florida (Form-on USA Corp.) and an international logistics network, the company supplies customers worldwide. Used formwork is classified according to a star model in four quality grades.
