FORMA Baumgarten is a family-run manufacturer of technical plastic parts based in Geestland (Bad Bederkesa), Lower Saxony, in operation since 1977. Using the injection moulding process, the company produces customised components from hard and soft plastics – including fastening and organising elements, clips, cable clips, bellows, insulators and joystick bellows. Materials include PA 6.6, PA 4.6 with masterbatch, POM, various soft PVC hardness grades (50 to 90 Shore) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). Production takes place on high-tech injection moulding machines from ARBURG in small and large series. In addition to manufacturing, FORMA offers custom assembly, kitting, packaging, logistics and quality assurance; mould and tool making is carried out in close cooperation with long-standing partners. Customers include industries such as automotive, medical technology, electronics, mechanical engineering as well as the education and sports sector. The company operates three plants in Geestland and one production plant of FORMA PLAST, k.s. in Snina, Slovakia, and supplies customers worldwide.
