About FORMEOTEC
FORMEOTEC is a system supplier for plastic components based in Röslau (Bavaria). The company produces complete injection molding solutions in 1K and highspeed processes with clamping forces of up to 1850 t and shot weights from 3 g to 12 kg – including customized tooling, assembly and automation concepts. In addition, the 3D Division offers additive manufacturing in the SLA/DLP, SLS, FDM, MultiJet Printing and granulate direct printing (FGF) processes with build volumes of up to 2400 × 1600 × 2000 mm. Alongside prototypes and series parts, the service portfolio includes rapid prototyping, 3D scanning, component optimization, lightweight and lattice structures as well as functional integration. Thermoplastics, UL granulates, recycled plastics and polymers such as PA12, PP and TPU are processed. Customers come from the energy/photovoltaics, robotics and process industries as well as from the start-up and supplier sectors.
