About FORMTEC Kunststofftechnik
FORMTEC Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Dornstetten in the Black Forest, is a solution partner specialized in thermoforming (vacuum forming) and polyurethane processing in plastics engineering. The company manufactures application-optimized plastic components from thermoplastics as well as from PUR – compact or foamed – true to color and shape, individually milled with a perfect finish. Customers are accompanied from initial consulting through design and prototype construction to the fully assembled component. In-house developments such as lightweight composite materials complement the portfolio. Sectors served include caravans, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, municipal and commercial vehicles, and special-purpose machinery manufacturing. Quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 ensures consistent quality; process-related plastic waste is returned to the production cycle as recyclates.
