About Aussieker

Fr. Aussieker Metallverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run contract manufacturing company founded in 1969 and based in Preußisch Oldendorf in East Westphalia-Lippe. The company produces high-precision milled and turned parts on 14 CNC turning and milling machines, including 3- and 5-axis simultaneous machining centers and turn-mill centers with up to 12 axes. In addition, Aussieker offers additive manufacturing of metal parts by 3D laser melting (SLM) from metal powder as well as high-resolution 3D scanning with blue light technology for reverse engineering, quality control and rapid prototyping. Materials machined include plastics, aluminium, stainless steel, tool steel and all steel alloys; production ranges from prototypes and one-off parts to series production. Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, toolmaking and the furniture industry. Quality is ensured through continuous in-process inspections and final inspection using a 3D coordinate measuring machine; the company is certified to ISO 9001 and awarded by EcoVadis.
