About Frank Hartfelder Modell- und Formenbau
Frank Hartfelder Modell- und Formenbau is a sole proprietorship based in Keltern (Baden-Württemberg) and has been manufacturing models, moulds and CNC-milled parts for industry and trade for around 25 years. Production covers individual parts, prototypes and small series based on drawings, sketches, samples and CAD files; the parts are used, among other things, in assembly components and free-form parts. On two CNC milling machines (Zimmermann FZ30 and Belotti FLA 6532), moulds and parts made of wood, ureol, rigid foam, plastic, plaster, clay and aluminium are machined — with dimensions up to 6,500×3,200×1,500 mm and a unit weight of up to 5 t. In addition to CNC parts production, model making, mould making and CAD design are offered. The company places emphasis on on-time delivery, short decision-making paths and internal process optimisation.
