About Früh Verpackungstechnik
Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf that develops and produces packaging solutions for the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. The offering includes the development and manufacture of packaging materials such as films, pouches, blisters and trays, including those made from Tyvek and functional multilayer films, which are produced using laminating and finishing processes. In addition, the company offers contract packaging for medical devices and pharmaceutical products under cleanroom conditions according to ISO 7 and ISO 8, including assembly, labeling, cartoning, serialization and case packing. Since 2026, Früh has been building an approximately 900 m² assembly and packaging line for autoinjectors with cold-chain capability. The service portfolio is complemented by engineering services (CAD design, prototypes), validations in accordance with Swissmedic GPA guidelines, sterilization services, and a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Founded in 1980 by Albert Früh, the family-run company employs around 650 staff and also serves the North American market through its Exton (Pennsylvania, USA) location.
