About Coreth

G. Coreth Kunststoffverarbeitungs GmbH is an Austrian family-owned company headquartered in Unterwaltersdorf, around 30 km south of Vienna. Founded in 1980, the company produces blown films from polyethylene granulate and, from these, packaging products: flat films, tubing, stretch tubing, pallet hoods, bags, die-cut pieces, construction films, vapour barrier films, stretch film, stretch tubing as well as adhesive tapes and packaging accessories. In addition, flat films are printed with up to 8 colours in flexographic printing (contract printing and inline printing). Production runs in a four-shift operation with an annual capacity of around 25,000 tonnes of film; materials used include polyethylene, bio-based LDPE from sugarcane and DIN CERTCO-certified PCR and PIR recyclates. In its own recycling centre with an EREMA Intarema system, film waste is processed into regranulate and returned to the production cycle; contract recycling is also offered. Customers come from the packaging, food/beverage, construction, chemical, wood, furniture, textile and automotive accessories industries; with an export share of around 50%, Coreth supplies twelve European countries in addition to Austria.
