SchmalkaldenNew on Amplifa
Master-craftsmen company for industrial services
Gabel Industrieservice is a master-craftsmen industrial service company based in Schmalkalden, Thuringia. The company offers a comprehensive service around production: complete machine relocations with disassembly and reassembly in Germany and abroad, radio-controlled machine transport up to 60 t inside halls, lifting and door technology, as well as preventive maintenance according to TPM plans in compliance with DIN-ISO and VDI guidelines. In its own production facility, small series and individual parts are conventionally turned (up to 760 mm diameter, 2000 mm distance between centres), milled, drilled and sawn, and sheet metal up to 6.3 mm thick is sheared and up to 2 mm is folded and rolled. The metal and steel construction department manufactures platforms, railings, stairs, trays, containers and special constructions to drawing; welding is performed using MIG, MAG, TIG, arc and oxy-fuel processes on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and plastics. Customers come primarily from the national and international automotive industry, tool, machinery and plant engineering as well as the food, metal, plastics and wood processing industries. The range of services is complemented by UVV inspections, crane services, fire protection technology, installation work and CAD design.
