About Gardow Engineering
Gardow Engineering is an EMS company founded in 2010 in Nordheim just outside Heilbronn, with its headquarters in Ludwigsburg. Its core competence is the assembly of PCBs, from prototypes and small series to larger series – semi- or fully automated, starting from just one unit with a lead time of one working day. SMD, THT and THR components as well as press-fit connections are assembled on rigid, flexible and rigid-flex PCBs; SMD package types from 0201 and fine-pitch grids from 0.3 mm including BGA and ultra-fine-pitch are manufactured. The service portfolio also includes electronics development and layout services (including Altium Designer, Cadence/Orcad, Pulsonix, Eagle) with EMC-compliant layout, DfM and DfT, material procurement, device assembly including cable assembly, test and inspection fixtures, as well as CNC and turning of front panels, housings and milled parts made of plastic, aluminium and steel. In addition, engraving and scratch-, abrasion- and UV-resistant markings, warehousing, shipping and distribution logistics are offered.
