About GBM Kunststofftechnik
GBM Kunststofftechnik u. Formenbau GmbH has been producing injection-molded parts from technical thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) in 1K and 2K processes since 1974. At its site in Mattighofen, Upper Austria, the value chain includes, in addition to injection molding — from smallest quantities to mass production — its own mold and jig making with design, CNC machining and wire EDM for mold weights of up to 2000 kg. Refinement and manufacturing services include painting, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, bonding as well as ready-to-assemble assembly solutions. Small and medium demand quantities are produced economically with in-house developed automation solutions. Customers come from the automotive, medical technology, electrical/electronics, telecommunications, construction, sporting goods and special applications sectors. The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and produces entirely with certified green electricity or electricity from its own PV system.
