Gebäudemesstechnik Beyermann GmbH is a service provider founded in 2004 and active nationwide offering precise measurement technology, sound energy consulting and independent expert appraisal services. The company combines technical precision with practical consulting for residential and non-residential buildings as well as industrial plants and serves both private and commercial customers. In the field of energy consulting, Beyermann prepares individual renovation roadmaps under the BAFA iSFP programme, energy consultations for non-residential buildings in accordance with DIN EN 18599, energy audits in accordance with EDL-G / DIN EN 16247-1, consumption certificates as well as energy-related specialist planning and construction supervision under the GEG. Further focal points are consulting on the decarbonisation of heating networks (BAFA BEW), energy and resource efficiency, energy management systems in accordance with ISO 50001:2018 and EU taxonomy consulting in accordance with CSRD/SFDR. In building diagnostics, air tightness tests (Blower Door), building and industrial thermography, sound insulation measurements and flat roof leak detection are performed. Industrial services include the professional installation of fire barriers with certified fire protection products for sealing cable and pipe penetrations. All services are offered at transparent fixed prices, including funding advisory services and application submission (BAFA, KfW).
