Gerhard Rösch GmbH, founded in 1949 and now run by the third generation of the family, is a textile company headquartered in Tübingen. As the parent company, it manages the financial and management matters of its subsidiaries Rösch Fashion and Rökona in Germany as well as Rösch Kft. in Hungary; another subsidiary exists in China. In total, the group employs around 630 people worldwide. Rökona develops, produces and distributes technical textiles for various industries, primarily for the automotive industry with the aim of shaping the vehicle interior of tomorrow. Rösch Fashion designs, produces and distributes the RÖSCH and Féraud brands with high-quality nightwear, loungewear and technologically innovative swimwear. Rösch Kft. assembles the high-quality fashion collections as well as the technical textiles for Rökona in modern facilities in Kecskemét (Hungary) and also offers its know-how for further textile applications and customers. In terms of materials, cotton (jersey, flannel, voile, terry), modal, viscose, elastane and polyester are used, among others.
