GERMANCARD Technologies GmbH is a card manufacturer with its own card production in Kerpen near Cologne. Since 1999, the company has produced plastic cards, RFID and NFC cards, magnetic stripe cards, contact chip cards, wooden cards, metal cards and special formats, and personalizes them with barcode, QR code, numbering, name and photo. Processes include screen printing, embossing, hot foil stamping (hotstamp), spot varnish and holograms. Cards are made from numerous materials: PVC, recycled PVC, PETG, bio-PVC, polycarbonate, FSC-certified paper, wood and stainless steel. Customers come from retail, clubs and associations, pharmacies, gyms, events and corporate communications. Production is complemented by services such as graphic design, artwork checking, finishing, lettershop/mailing and a call-off service with pre-production and warehousing. Express orders of up to 5,000 cards are shipped on the same production day if print approval is given by 10 a.m.
