About GFS Werkzeuge & Metallverarbeitung
GFS Werkzeuge & Metallverarbeitung GmbH manufactures precise turned, milled and ground parts in Pommersfelden as contract manufacturing to drawing, as well as its own program of chip-removing high-performance tools. The tool range includes countersinks, counterboring and countersinking tool systems, the patented automatic back-counterboring system RASMUC, back-countersinking systems, ring cutters and punching apparatus. Component manufacturing takes place on CNC and conventional precision machines in steel, free-cutting steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminium alloys, brass, copper and plastics such as POM, PVC and PE. Customers include industries such as electrical engineering, high-voltage technology, mechanical and engine engineering, automotive and consumer electronics. In addition, the company offers hard-material coatings (TiN, TiCN, TiAlN), a tool regrinding service, warehousing and assembly. The family-owned business, rooted in 1968, works nationally and internationally for regional and supra-regional customers.
