About Goebel
The Goebel Group, headquartered in Baar (Switzerland), develops, manufactures, and services roller-driven printing machines. The portfolio includes all-in-one hybrid machines for high-security printing (banknotes, revenue stamps, security labels, stamps, visa stickers) using technologies such as Intaglio/Orlof, Letterset, Rainbow, screen printing, flexographic, and hot foil stamping, as well as packaging offset printing machines based on VSOP technology (Variable Sleeve Offset Printing) for flexible packaging, cardboard, and paper. Value creation is distributed across several sites: The headquarters in Baar houses strategic management, sales, finance, and HR; Eschenbach (CH) handles the final assembly, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of all new machines, complemented by a showroom and training. In Darmstadt—the company's 1851-founded headquarters—research and development for security printing is located, while Maulburg hosts R&D for packaging printing, production of web-fed printing machines, and a 24/7 support center. The subsidiary Goebel Printing Machines (India) PVT LTD in Delhi completes the international network. Customer service, spare parts, maintenance, retrofits, upgrades, and the manufacturing of Variable Offset Sleeves round out the offering.
