Peter Grimm II started a craft business for horseshoe fitting, wagon building, and small locksmithing work in Weiskircher Straße.
- 1929
New residential building with workshop at Hochstädter Straße 32; relocation of the business there.
- 1947
Johann Grimm joined his father's business and shifted the work to locksmith and blacksmith operations.
- 1960
Master exam passed; start of production of the first showcase made of aluminum-steel profiles; first training positions.

Peter and Werner Grimm joined the company.
