H.-J. Döring GmbH + Co. KG is a family-owned metalworking company in Marl in the Ruhr area that has been active as a supplier to industry and trade in sheet metal processing for several decades. Its range of services covers CNC punching, punching, forming, welding, powder coating as well as development and design through to assembly of complete modules – from the idea to the finished part or finished assembly. The machine park includes CNC sheet metal processing centers, including a fully automated, unmanned sheet metal processing center since 1995, as well as a powder coating line with CFC-free aqueous pretreatment and automated assembly lines. The company relies on machines from German manufacturers and quality materials from European suppliers. At the Zechenstraße site in Marl, the former colliery grounds of Marl-Brassert, production, surface technology and administration are consolidated in one location.

History
- 1960
Company founded by Walter Döring in Marl, specializing in accessories for small animal husbandry and presentation.
- 1972
After years in his father's business, Jürgen Döring founds his own company with a focus on powder coating.

Relocation to the new Zechenstraße industrial park on the former colliery grounds of Marl-Brassert.
