About H. Niemeyer
H. Niemeyer GmbH is a metal processing company founded in 1948 by master toolmaker Hermann Niemeyer, headquartered in Hildesheim-Bavenstedt. Its portfolio of services includes laser cutting on CO2 and fiber laser systems, CNC punching on turret punch presses, bending and folding technology up to 4200 mm in length, stamping and forming technology on eccentric, servo and hydraulic presses up to 250 t of press force, as well as all common welding processes including robotic welding and spot welding. This is complemented by CNC turning and milling from one-off parts to series production, the manufacture of complex assemblies including the integration of electronic components, and an in-house tool and fixture making operation with 3D CAD design (tools up to 2000 × 1000 mm, welding fixtures up to 7 m in length). Finishing and surface treatment such as powder coating, wet painting and galvanic processes (galvanizing, tinning, anodizing) are carried out with long-standing partners. The main customer industries are the automotive industry and the rail sector; production takes place in Hildesheim (DE) and at the subsidiary H. Niemeyer-Polserw Sp. z o.o. in Gogolin (PL).
