H-S Feinblechbau GmbH was founded in 1991 and is a family-run company headquartered in Stadtroda, Thuringia. As a flexible contract manufacturer, the company is a Europe-wide supplier for sheet metal working and enclosure construction. The cross-process production covers sheet metal processing with laser cutting, punching and CNC bending, welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, spot welding, stud welding, projection welding, soft and hard soldering), powder coating including pre-treatment, degreasing and iron phosphating, as well as pre-assembly and logistics management. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with bending lengths up to 3000 mm and punching forces up to 200 kN. A key focus is the manufacture of enclosures, among other things for the electrical industry and mechanical engineering. Further customers come from the solar industry, medical technology, air conditioning technology and the construction sector. In addition to series production, the company also offers one-off custom production as well as just-in-time assembly, packaging and delivery with its own vehicle fleet.

Laser cutting
Two laser cutting systems for arbitrary contours, working areas 3000 x 1500 mm (2 kW) and 1250 x 1250 mm (1 kW).
Punching / Nibbling
Punching and nibbling machine with a working area of 3000 x 1500 mm and 200 kN punching force for blanks and custom punching, embossing and special tools.
CNC bending
Press brakes up to 3000 mm bending length and 100 t pressing force with digital angle measurement for precise bending tasks.
Welding & Soldering
MIG, MAG, TIG, spot welding, stud welding, projection welding as well as soft and hard soldering for individual parts and complete assemblies.
Powder coating
Takt line with pre-treatment, degreasing and iron phosphating; rapid colour changes enable small series with individual colours.
Assembly
Press-fitting of standard parts and fasteners, riveting and assembly of complete assemblies.
