About HABS GmbH
HABS GmbH is a systems and welding technology company founded in 1992 by Bernd Ruß, with 35 employees and 3,400 m² of production space. As a certified welding specialist company, it manufactures complete components from semi-finished products and performs cladding welds in the field of wear protection. The technological focus lies on arc welding and brazing, in particular CMT technology. Welding robots and certified manual welders join parts in numerous processes and material combinations – including MAG, MIG brazing, TIG, TIG cold wire, plasma, arc stud welding, resistance and projection welding. In addition, HABS GmbH develops and builds customised robotic cells for special products as well as systems and tools. The service portfolio is complemented by welding trials and pilot series as well as quality management.
