Hamofa Metal Machining is a Belgian job shop specializing in precision metal machining, headquartered in Hamont (Limburg) and part of the Hamofa Group. The company manufactures custom machine parts, precision mechanical tools (machine, clamping, and gauging tools), control systems, and complete mechanical assemblies—from single pieces to series production. The service palette includes design and 3D construction (CAD/CAM), prototyping, reverse engineering using 3D scanning, as well as CNC turning, CNC milling (3- to 5-axis simultaneous), round and face grinding with tolerances up to 0.002 mm, wire and sink erosion (EDM) down to a micron, sawing, drilling, laser engraving, and assembly; heat and surface treatments are handled via approved partners. Materials processed include ferrous and non-ferrous materials, hardened materials, hardened tools, alloys, and plastics. Customers come from Automotive, Motorsport, Food Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Offshore/Petrochemistry, and Defense. In the 1350 m² workshop, there are over 30 machines, including DMG MORI turning-milling centers and robotic cells for nighttime automation.
