About HARATECH
HARATECH GmbH is a Linz-based systems supplier in the field of plastics technology, supporting customers from the first idea through design and prototype production to series production. Its range of services covers product and industrial design, simulation-supported tool design, prototyping by 3D printing (PolyJet, FDM) and vacuum casting, rapid tooling, and injection-moulding series production in higher volumes; this is complemented by CNC milling, turning and CNC laser technology. Standard, engineering and high-performance plastics are processed, including ABS, PLA, PETG, PVA and a company-developed bio-plastic for eyewear manufacturing; for series prototypes, the later series material can also be used. On approximately 1000 m² in Magazine 3 of the Tabakfabrik Linz, PolyJet systems (Stratasys/Objet Eden 350 and Eden 500V), injection moulding machines, CNC milling machines and vacuum casting machines as well as a 3D measurement room are brought together. Customer industries include aviation (aircraft interior equipment), medical technology, consumer goods and model making; customers include Vöslauer, for whom the first eyewear made of 100 % rePet was produced.

Quality
Before transfer to series production, first articles are produced and inspected for quality and functionality by means of optical measurement in the company's own 3D measurement room. For aircraft interior equipment, approved high-tech materials and industry-specific quality standards are taken into account.
