Harry Roth Präzisionsdrehteile GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized metalworking company based in Waldkirch (Breisgau) that manufactures high-precision CNC turned and milled parts to customer specifications. Its core competencies lie in turning precision parts with diameters from 1 to 300 mm (long, short, fine and chuck-turned parts, part lengths up to 500 mm) as well as milling on five-axis machining centres with workpiece sizes up to 1,000 x 800 mm. The machining operations are complemented by a wide range of grinding processes such as centreless grinding, internal grinding, honing and lapping, as well as complete machining with wire EDM, laser cutting, electropolishing, gear cutting, drilling and sawing, through to heat treatment, surface coating via certified partners and the assembly of ready-to-install assemblies. Machinable materials such as titanium, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, steel, bronze and special materials are processed; in fine turning, fits down to 0.005 mm are possible. The primary target industry is the aerospace industry; the quality management system is certified to DIN EN 9100 and ISO 9001.
