About Harzendorf Metalltechnik
Harzendorf Metalltechnik GmbH, based in Meerane (Saxony), was founded in 1991 through the merger of Walter Harzendorf Maschinenbau (founded in 1925 in Meerane) and Schürmann Kaffeemaschinen GmbH (founded in 1872 in Wuppertal). The company combines mechanical engineering and sheet metal processing and manufactures products for bar dispensing technology such as coffee and tea water appliances, beer dispensing systems, beer columns, folding counters and beer caddies. In the field of metal design, furniture elements, claddings, swimming pool equipment, brochure stands, railings and custom-made products are produced; in addition, transport racks and transport systems are manufactured. The materials used are predominantly stainless steel as well as hard porcelain and ceramics, complemented by titanium coating and powder coating. Customers come from gastronomy, hotels and event logistics; references include Tchibo and breweries such as the Bitburger Braugruppe. The portfolio includes serial products and individual custom builds, including in-house mould making for ceramic beer columns.
