About Us
Hasberg Metallbau GmbH is a master craft metal construction company based in the Immekeppel industrial area in Overath. Established in 1995, the company plans, designs, manufactures, and installs all types of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum constructions. The range of services includes stairs, railings, and handrails for indoor and outdoor use, balconies, awnings, terrace canopies, wall cladding, ramps, gates, and fencing, as well as industrial constructions such as work platforms, machine mounts, and machine cabinets. Stainless steel constructions for the food processing industry are additionally produced, alongside security solutions against burglary. In its own workshop with a production area of approximately 420 m² across two halls, sheets are cut, laser cut, and hemmed; the components are then hot-dip galvanized, powder-coated, or painted. The ordering process begins with an AutoCAD drawing based on a personal on-site measurement, the precisely fitted parts are pre-manufactured, and they are assembled on the construction site. The seven-member team consists of two masters, three skilled workers, one apprentice, and one office staff.
