About HAUFE
HAUFE GmbH is a specialist in the development and manufacturing of Flat Flex Circuits (FFC) and PCB connectors, as well as the cutting and spooling of precision metal strips. The product range includes laminated flat cables with bare or tin-plated copper conductors, flexible busbars, LED flat cables (LED-CONN), jumpers (Flat-ZIF and RFR), Flexcrimp connections, and complete cable assemblies ranging from single strands to complete harnesses. Manufacturing is performed according to customer-specific requirements, from prototyping to mass production, complemented by special machine engineering for proprietary FFC production, electrolytic hot degreasing of metal strips, and UL-certified wiring harness manufacturing. Materials include copper (Cu-PHC, Cu-HCP, SE-Cu 58, E-Cu 58) and insulating films made of PET, PEN, and Aramid; contacts are tinned, nickel-plated, or gold-plated. Customers come from the automotive electrical systems (powertrain, door, and roof areas), mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, electrical industry, lighting and consumer electronics, and telecommunications.
