Precision turned parts and fine turned parts up to 13 mm diameter – CNC sliding-headstock turning, cam-controlled turning, complete assembly since 1955

Hauser Feindrehteile GmbH
Tuningen (DE)New on Amplifa
Precision since 1955
Hauser Feindrehteile GmbH in Tuningen manufactures complex fine turned parts and precision turned parts with diameters up to 13 mm (up to 20 mm on request). The focus is on turned plug-in contacts made of brass, copper and CuBe as well as precision circular connectors, coaxial connectors, high-current and high-temperature contacts, grounding springs and turned Teflon insulators. Production takes place on CNC sliding-headstock automatic lathes from Tornos and Pfiffner for small series and complex parts, on cam-controlled automatic lathes for medium to large series with all-around milling as well as counter and cross drilling, and on ring and rotary transfer machines. Materials include free-cutting steels, non-ferrous metals, non-iron metals, copper alloys, bronze, plastics such as Teflon and PA, and stainless steels on request. Value-added services include heat treatment, vibratory finishing, shot-blast deburring, assembly/sub-assembly assembly and, via partner companies, electroplating such as nickel, silver and gold plating. The company supplies the electrical, automotive, watchmaking, medical, laboratory and telecommunications industries as well as precision mechanics, optics and apparatus engineering, from zero series to series runs of 800,000 pieces per week, including warehousing for just-in-time and call-off orders.
