Precast Concrete Parts and Dry Mortar from the Allgäu

Hegerma-Werk is a family-run company in Germaringen, near Kaufbeuren in the Allgäu region, that has been producing quality concrete and dry mortar since 1950. The portfolio includes precast concrete parts according to DIN 4034 (shaft material reinforced with flange or with rebate), rectangular and cable manholes, as well as special structures such as energy, throttle, junction, and switch shafts. In the field of rainwater and wastewater technology, the company manufactures rainwater collection systems, retention and sedimentation systems, three-chamber systems, fully biological small treatment plants, as well as wastewater collection and leachate fermentation storage tanks – complemented by core drilling, sealing rings, and accessories. Furthermore, dry mortar and thin-bed mortar according to DIN 1053 for porous concrete paving slabs are produced in packs of 5 to 27 kg, as well as bulk mixes tailored to customer specifications. The extraction and processing of gravel and sand take place in the company's own quarry area, which has been operated in partnership with the Dachser logistics company for approximately 35 years. The dry mortar products are quality controlled by the Material Testing Office for Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Munich. Customers are public and private developers, particularly in the building, rainwater, wastewater, and energy technology sectors.
