Heinrichs Rohrbiegetechnik GmbH has been manufacturing precision bent parts from tubes and solid material for more than 25 years. On CNC-controlled tube bending machines, diameters from 4 to 60 mm are processed with different bending radii – from a simple radius with cut-to-length on a single plane to complex multi-radius shapes. In addition, various types of tube-end forming, TIG and robotic welding, common soldering processes as well as the manufacture of ready-to-install assemblies with special welded joints are offered. The lot size spectrum ranges from the smallest series to large-scale series production, process-reliable with high repeatability. Customers come from the automotive, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, boiler and apparatus engineering, chemical, construction, furniture, shopfitting and heating technology industries, including bent tube frames for office chairs, stroller frames and heat exchangers. The Wickede site (Westerhaar 7) also offers a hydraulics service with in-house hose assembly, express service and spare parts supply. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
