Hengli Metal GmbH EUROPE is a supplier specialized in welded assemblies and sheet metal parts for European OEMs from the agricultural machinery, construction, industrial machinery and intralogistics industries. Production takes place on the fully automated 140,000 m² production site in Leidian Town, Deqing City (Hangzhou, China) and covers the entire process chain from raw material via laser and flame cutting (up to 100 mm and 400 mm sheet thickness respectively), CNC bending, drilling and punching through to welding (MAG/TIG, manual and robotic) as well as surface treatment with wet paint, powder coating and EPD. The European subsidiary in Hamburg handles sales, project management, warehousing in a high-rack warehouse as well as logistics, thus delivering the components to Europe with short lead times. From prototyping to series production, the company develops solutions jointly with its OEM customers. According to the company, the group employs more than 1,000 staff.
