Hermann Lorenz Rohrleitungsbau GmbH is a specialist company founded in 1927 and based in Northeim. It originated from a blacksmith's workshop and has developed over generations into a company specialized in pipeline construction and civil engineering. Its main field of activity is underground pipeline construction: laying, repair and renewal of water, wastewater, gas and district heating pipelines as well as house connections, service lines and development infrastructure. In addition, the company manufactures and installs pipe network components such as branches, shutoff and pressure-reducing systems made of metal or plastic, using laying and joining techniques such as welding, bolting and gluing. The range of services also includes civil engineering work from excavation of building pits to sewer construction and infrastructure projects, as well as swimming pool and sewage treatment plant construction and paving work for driveways, terraces and paths. Work is carried out in accordance with current technical standards in coordination with municipal utilities and authorities for private, commercial and public clients in the districts of Northeim, Göttingen and Osterode. Pipeline work for Stadtwerke Göttingen is carried out under an annual contract.
