About HERR-Drehteile

HERR-Drehteile GmbH is a family-run supplier in Schliengen (Landkreis Lörrach) that has been manufacturing precision turned parts to customer specifications since 1969. In the dimension range of Ø 1–23 mm, we produce turned parts to drawing using CNC long-turn lathes and curve-controlled lathes, from small batches to volumes of 500,000 pieces. The manufacturing spectrum includes threaded connections, drilling and cross-drilling, tumbling and deburring, milling, burnishing, as well as additional processes such as rolling, slotting, and swaging. We process machine steel, specialty steel, tool steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, copper, as well as plastics such as POM, PE, PA, PTFE, and PEEK. Through certified partners, hardening, grinding, electrolytic plating, and 100% quality checks are offered, resulting in complete, ready-to-install solutions. Customers come from nearly all industries, especially mechanical engineering, food technology, medical technology, mold making, and electrical engineering. Production at the Schliengen headquarters includes 27 machines; quality management is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
