About the HESS Group
The HESS Group, part of the TOPWERK Group, develops and builds complete plants for the production of concrete blocks and paving stones – from system design and layout through machinery, material flow and automation to commissioning. The group comprises the brands HESS (block machines and mixing plants), PRINZING PFEIFFER (plants for pipes, manholes and precast concrete parts, founded 1862) and SR SCHINDLER (finishing and packaging plants for paving and slabs). Production is carried out using wet-cast and dry-cast processes with concrete, lightweight concrete and self-compacting concrete (SCC). The plants serve industries such as concrete block and paving stone manufacturing, pipe and manhole construction, wastewater treatment, drainage, agriculture, and road and infrastructure construction. Locations exist in Burbach-Wahlbach, Limburg an der Lahn and Regensburg; customers in over 70 countries are served through a global network of representatives.
