About Hidrostal
Hidrostal is an independent, family-owned Swiss pump company headquartered in Neunkirch, which since its founding by Martin Stähle in Peru in 1957 has specialized in the screw centrifugal pump he invented. The company manufactures pumps and pump systems from portable site pumps to ten-ton wastewater and high-density sludge pumps, with 800 standard hydraulics that can be combined with around 40 motors and 40 bearing frames. Vertical integration includes its own foundries in Neunkirch (high-chrome castings, stainless steel castings, special alloys), a 3D sand printer for casting molds, automated shaft production, an ecologically optimized paint shop, as well as assembly, test bays and dynamic balancing. In addition, manufacturing and machining services (turning, milling, drilling, welding), pump repair, reverse engineering and condition monitoring are offered. Fields of application are wastewater, construction, industry, food and aquaculture; Hidrostal operates in over 100 countries, employs more than 1000 people worldwide and maintains production sites in Peru, China and Hungary.
