About Holzbau Batz
Holzbau Batz GmbH is a family-owned company in Kaufungen near Kassel with a carpentry tradition dating back to around 1900, and has been run as a GmbH since 1990. The craft business fabricates and erects roof trusses in all common roof shapes, timber frame structures with prefabricated components, halls, timber facades as well as extensions such as bay windows, dormers, balconies, canopies, carports, conservatories and patio roofs. A particular focus is the renovation and restoration of half-timbered houses and listed heritage buildings; in addition, the company offers interior fitting and joinery work, roofing work, loft conversions and energy-efficient building refurbishment with building energy consulting. Work is carried out across trades from a single source, complemented by complete solutions with partner companies. The team comprises six employees and three apprentices; the business operates from a 41 x 25 m timber fabrication hall with an overhead crane in Kaufungen.
