About us

Horni Blechtechnik AG in Schönenbuch near Basel is a Swiss contract manufacturer of sheet metal components, specialised in the complete machining of sheet metal parts from punching and laser cutting through to final assembly. At the core of the machine park is a CNC punching and laser machine Trumpf TruMatic 1000 Fiber with SheetMaster Compact, with which complex sheet metal parts are produced. The production is complemented by press brakes (Trumpf TruBend 7036, Promecam RG102), welding systems for spot welding, stud welding (KVT CNC and manual) as well as MIG/TIG (Kempi), a deburring machine Ernst EM5N/L II and grinding equipment from Suhner and SIA. Surface finishing such as powder and wet painting, galvanising, chrome plating, nickel plating, electrolytic polishing, anodising, plastic coating, screen printing, laser marking, hardening and nitriding are organised with partner companies from the region. The company supports customers from consulting during development through prototypes to series production and supplies the sheet metal processing and apparatus engineering industries. The family business founded in 1965 by Max Horni is today led in its third generation by Francis Horni.
