About HSOS Industrial Services
HSOS Industrial Services is a service provider specialized in on-site services for the process industry, headquartered in Wetter (NRW) with seven sites in six countries. The company performs mobile machining directly at the plant: flange facing on flanges from 12.5 to 12,000 mm diameter, CNC machining of turbine casings, engine blocks and pressure vessels, line boring with a tolerance of ±0.05 mm over 6 m, as well as spark-free pipe cutting and beveling from 50 to 2,800 mm diameter. Further core services are hydraulic bolt tensioning with ±10% accuracy, heat treatment (PWHT, preheating, induction, mobile furnaces), composite repairs to ISO 24817, pipe freezing, hot tapping and line stopping under operating pressure up to 24″/100 bar, and leak sealing in a 24/7 emergency service. The value creation lies in maintenance and the turnaround business (over 100 completed turnarounds), focused on refineries, petrochemicals, chemicals, power plants, steel production, mining, pipeline construction and wind energy. Machined materials include steel, stainless steel, duplex, nickel alloys such as Hastelloy and Inconel, titanium, tantalum and cast materials. Mobilization typically takes place within 4–8 hours in DACH and the Benelux countries.
