Family business with tradition since the 1950s
HSS Fertigungstechnik is a family business founded in Cologne in the late 1950s and based in Leverkusen-Opladen since 2016. The company specialises in single-part and small-series production for mechanical engineering and manufactures components and assemblies from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Its service portfolio includes CNC turning, CNC milling, fully automatic CNC sawing as well as conventional turning and milling, complemented by an in-house welding shop (TIG/MIG-MAG) and surface finishing such as glass bead blasting, anodising, burnishing, galvanising and nickel plating. An extensive material warehouse covering all common materials enables short-notice orders and express production. Within a 150 km radius, deliveries are made in person; beyond that, experienced logistics partners handle deliveries throughout the EU.
