About HTS Technology Group
HTS Technology Group, headquartered in Ljubljana, is a vertically integrated manufacturer of industrial components formed from 14 companies in eight countries. The portfolio covers the warehousing, cutting and distribution of premium tool steel (more than 30 brand grades, over 11,000 t of stock, over 1,100 dimensions), CNC machining of mould frames and tool plates up to 3,000 kg (milling, grinding, deep drilling, turning, honing, wire and sink EDM), comprehensive heat treatment with 29 furnaces at two sites, as well as in-house additive manufacturing (METAL Fusion Technology MFT™) for conformally cooled iTherm® inserts in die casting and injection moulding tools. Only EU tool steel from the SIJ Group is used, including the SIMOLD, SITHERM, SIHARD, SIQUAL, SIRAPID and SINOXX brands. The main customers are tool and mould making, the die casting and injection moulding industries, and general mechanical engineering. With over 25,000 m² of production space, 60 sawing systems and 60 CNC machines, the group supplies more than 5,000 active customers in 30 countries on five continents.
