Expertise in Sheet Metal Processing
Hülsmann Blechtechnologie GmbH is a family-owned sheet metal technology company headquartered in Bissendorf near Osnabrück. Founded in 1999, the company is now run by the second generation and employs around 70 staff across approximately 9,000 square metres of shop floor space. It manufactures single parts, assemblies and series components from steel, stainless steel and aluminium – from design through laser cutting, bending, roll bending and straightening to robotic welding, grinding, deburring and glass bead blasting. The machine park comprises five TRUMPF laser cutting systems with up to 24 kW fiber technology, YASKAWA 3-D welding robots and TRUMPF laser welding systems. Production takes place in spatially separated areas for steel and stainless steel. Customers come from industry, plant and mechanical engineering, and shopfitting. Quality is assured by certification to DIN EN ISO 9001, welding certifications to DIN EN 1090 and ISO 3834, as well as mobile 3D coordinate measuring technology.
